Dear teamspace-user,
Since this week the newest version of teamspace is available which includes a lot of new
features and some great new functionalities.
Here you will find further improvements of our collaborative tool that makes your daily
work with teamspace considerably easier than before. The teamwork in your virtual office
will turn out more efficient.

New in teamspace!
- Saving files made easy: from now on several files can be uploaded at the same time.
- Do you have an appointment on which a whole user group should participate? With our new
version you can select whole user groups with only one click. It is also the same for the
distribution of different tasks.
- To finish a discussion to a certain topic, you only have to click on ‘close’. With it the discussion
is finished but its content is still available.
- Do you need a structured and clear overview of your appointments for each day? Our day view
of the calendar is displayed now like a time flow to give you a directly view of your whole
planning for the day.
- Comfortable answering to messages from a team: you simply have to click on the
“answer-button” and you will be forwarded directly to the answer mode of that mail.
- You would like to know when and where the pictures in your team were taken? From now on
you will see these dates by downloading the pictures.
International teamwork has never been so easy than now – teamspace is also available
in Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese
For quite some time the virtual platform teamspace is already available in seven different
languages. Therefore it is used successfully in the international field. Additionally to
the already existing languages, teamspace is now available in Spanish and Portuguese since
its newest version. Chinese will follow soon.
Recently teamspace is also represented in Portugal by our national Portuguese partner.

From September 2008 we will offer trainings and coachings for both of our products, teamspace and projectfacts.
Virtual teamwork, now more than ever! Learn more about how to improve your teamwork with our trainings on virtual
co-operation. Within half a day you will find out important tips and tricks for web-based collaboration, decisive
factors for success, the efficient application of the suitable software and much more.
For teamspace the priority is given to web-based communication and co-operation within your team as well as the
optimization of your resources and its efficient implementation.
The trainings for projectfacts mainly deal with the general functions of multi project management within your
company, project-oriented time recording and your individual performance review.
Each training will take half a day and the participation fee will amount to 69,-€ per person and per training.
