Use as many teams as you like

With the teamspace Enterprise Server licence you pay per user, rather than per team. You can work with as many teams as you like without extra charge. You can also create other teams for minor projects.

Central user management for all members

As a licence manager, you can comfortably manage the members of all teams in a central user list. All teams will of course be updated automatically should you change the user data. Users can be assigned to individual teams with just one click of the mouse.

As a team leader, you can easily select new members from central user list. The tedious typing of member information is no longer necessary.

Single log-in for all teams

Multiple log-ins for different teams? This is now a thing of the past. Log in to teamspace with your username and password. Immediately after the logging in you will see the list of teams, which you can enter directly by clicking.

No licence fees for disabled (inactive) members

Are you familiar with the following scenario? The recent training course was a complete success, and the next course must be planned. What do you do with the course participants in teamspace?

With the Enterprise Server licence, there is (almost) no reason to delete members. Just set the status of members who are no longer required to disabled (inactive). Disabled (inactive) members are no longer counted and their licence is immediately available for the next participant.

Even if you wish to remove members from the team, you can store the user data in the central user list for the next time it is needed. The central user list can be as large as you like, at no cost. You can re-activate known participants for the next training session with just one click.
