Dear teamspace user,
the time has come: since this week the newest version of teamspace is available and includes several new features like i.e. the creation of photo reports with only a few clicks or a quite new forum for discussions that enables a classification in categories and specific access rights.
Additionally to this you will also find few small improvements and modifications in teamspace that will make your work more successfully, step by step.
This effect uses the collaboration system teamspace by providing the use of a discussion forum. This forum can be categorized and particular discussions can be exclusively authorized for specific user groups by the application of different access rights. Therefore each group can be approved for subject- and project-oriented discussions. Your employees i.e. can interact project-oriented and consequently they can find the answer to a specific topic all together. In this way you could assure a company-internal communication and a continuous exchange of ideas between your employees. Actually, projects and tasks will be processed together and also solved within the team!
Another highlight of our newest teamspace version is the possibility to manage all your pictures and images. In the file module you will see a preview of all your up-loaded pictures. Here you can choose with one click which picture you want to revise, print or send.
With another additional click it is possible to create your individual photo report
with the before chosen pictures. To create your photo report you can choose
between different paper sizes. You can also decide if your personal photo report should be printed directly or should be displayed before on your screen in a PDF format.
In this way you will compose your individual photo album within few minutes, ready to send or print.
With that innovation i.e. you will have the chance to prepare and create all pictures of your last company-internal workshop or event. A great benefit at little effort!
