The newest teamspace version: document management easier than ever – edit documents online!

As a little present for you and your team we will provide you our newest teamspace version for Christmas, which is characterised by an incredible optimization for the file and document management. Your document management will get more flexible and easier than ever! With only one click you can edit and down- or upload files.

The newest teamspace version offers you the possibility to upload files from your workstation in your team via drag’n’drop and to edit them there. If you click on the concerning document, it will be opened within the system and can be edited there directly. After saving your changes, the newest version will be automatically available online in your team. Processing status and progress will be kept due to the versioning. Your processes and structures will be still clear and can be checked easily. Your future teamwork will be as easy and flexible as possible!

Everyday we are working close together with our customers and partners to keep our product and its functionalities always up-to-date. To also satisfy the needs of the market and its customers, we will have some changes in our structure of the teamspace offers and prices on the 1st February 2009.
